History
Although established in 1995 Royal Corbela is a young company, however we have more than 30 years of experience with frozen fish and seafood products.
Royal Corbela has established itself as an important player in the Scandinavian market for seafood products. We have proven ourselves to be a reliable partner of our customers and our suppliers. This success can primarily be attributed to the competent employees. The cornerstones of our business are enthusiasm, pride, and passion: for our company, our products, and our traditions.
Royal Corbela is part of the Corbela Group. The Corbela Group consists of Royal Corbela in Denmark and Congelados Corbela in Spain. Our office is located in Aalborg in the northern part of Denmark.
In 2009 we launched Four Seasons. Four Seasons is a line of products developed on the basis of making healthy and delicious ready-to-make meals.

Welcome to Four Seasons
We are proud to present our new range of ready-to-make seafood products. All of our products are inspired by asian cuisine, with respect for the original way of preparing and cooking, in order to keep the flavour authentic. Four Seasons Sushi is the heart of our concept, delveloped from the idea of making sushi more accesable, easy to prepare and still preserving the original taste and apperance, that makes the sushi special.
Inside the box
Maki
means roll. Inside is surimi and asparagus and carrot. On the outside is dried seaweed.
Nigiri
means handshaped or handpressed. Nigiri is a piece of pressed rice topped with a slice of raw salmon or a cooked shrimp.
Uramaki
is a inside-out rolls.
Inside is dried seaweed and raw salmon or surimi together with asparagus and carrot.
Soya Sauce
Wasabi
green, very hot Japanese horseradish.
Preparation
Pour boiling water into a dish. Immerse the frozen package into the water so that surface is free from water. After 15-20 minutes the sushi is thawed and ready to eat. Remove the foil and push the sushi pieces out of the tray.
It only takes 3 minutes from freezer to plate...
Pfffft! Your wok is not only for stir-frying. The wok can be used for all cooking techniques like - boiling, braising, deep frying, smoking, steaming and stewing.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C. Take the frozen Dim Sum out of the tray and place them on a rack. Place the rack in the middle of the oven and bake for approx. 12-14 min. or until golden brown.
Deep Fryer: Preheat 1 L oil to 180 degrees C. Fry the frozen Dim Sum for 3-4 min. or until golden brown. Optimal result is obtained by dividing the content in
two and fry one by one.

Our shrimp paste is a multi purpose paste, made from whole, very small cherry shimps, there are no additives. The paste is therefore a very nutrious taste enhancer, that is suitable for all kinds of food.
Our seaweed-gel is made from the root of the seaweed plant Kelp (Lamanaria japonica), farmed and harvested in the area between th Bo Hai Gulf and the Yellow sea water.
The gel has the ability to emulgate and keep/enhance moisture. There are no additives, just pure seaweed.
